本机四个机头采用PC控制、可焊接 ┏ ┏┓┏┳┓ ┏┳┳┳ ┳ ┳┳┳┳ ╁ 气压传动，运动副采用CM无油润滑轴承和直线运动球轴承、精度高、操作简单及维修方便；四个机头可以分别单动，也可以任意组合联动，通过四个机头的有机组合完成和解工艺；一个机头具有焊接任意组合联动，通过四个机头的有机组合完成焊接工艺；一个机头具有焊接任意角的功能，满足了用户对焊接圆弧窗等异型窗的要求。
