不同的刀具可加工出台阶面、长方形槽及榫头等不同结构。工作台定位板的转角（55°~-55°），还可实现型材在相应角度内的斜面铣削。电机上下可调，调刀方便。刀具进给采用直线轴承运动副，使工作性能稳定。加工端面粗糙度:Ra12.5μm
Different cutters can be used in processing of stepped surface,retangle groove.It can complete the bevel milling and cutting of profiles in responding angle through changing the corner of position board of worktable(55°~-55°).Conven tool setting due to adjustable motor.Tool feeding adopted linear bearing motion pair ,which ensured steady processing.Processing roughness:Ra12.5μm. |
