适用于铝窗框及扇的角部组装；同步组角装置设计为双层刀架，使上下两层刀具位置相对可调，从而可便捷实现双层角码，位置不同的隔热窗的组角加工；两侧组角刀对称设计，通过机械机构同步进给。提高组角稳定性，主定位装置位于工作台上面的体积很小，从而可以加工很小的窗户（230mm）；辅助定位结构前后，上下调整方便且位置准确、组角精度高；侧定位采用圆盘偏心调整机构，操作简单；定位行程大，适应型材的范围大。
